Been trying to set up service since Monday June 11 I have left 2 voice mails no returned call cant get anyone on the phone what do I need to do?

All phone calls go to voicemail. My trash is still sitting outside my house since last week!

Oh my praying my situation get solved and this never happens again. Stressed over my busy bee trash can being gone, or stolen yet it was picked up would have been nice to be notified, yet now they say They have nothing on file I ever had a trash can 3 years and really? 😭
