My mother did a "prepaid" funeral for my sister, paying almost $10,000! When my sister died my mother opted to forego some of the services she had already paid for, as circumstances had changed and those services were no longer needed. At the meeting with Lowes my mother was informed that in addition to the almost $10,000 already paid, and despite her decision to forego some of the services she had paid for, that she still owed $400.00 above the $10,000 she "prepaid" that was to cover the entire cost. Again, she decided to NOT access some of the services she had already PAID for, and was told she needed to pay more.

There are not enough good words to express my gratitude to Lowe Funeral Home and the staff. I lost my beautiful precious mom suddenly and unexpectedly, I had no burial plan but Kelly assured me that during a difficult time when everything was cloudy that she was making the plans materialize. She sent a driver nearly 7 hours round trip to pick up my moms body and the entire experience was seamless and impeccable. These people are ‘a gift from God’. The grave diggers did and exceptional job as well, we could not have accomplished any of this without Lowe staff coordinating and their care to ease our worries during a time when I couldn’t think straight.
