I called wondering about leasing an apartment. They told me it would be $890/month for a 2 bedroom. I asked how to apply and was told to do it online and I would need to pay a $50 fee. That seemed low, but I applied anyway. Then the application page asks me to pay an extra $300 fee, plus a $7 service fee. That was more in line with other apartments, so I paid it. Now my application has been accepted, except they want me to agree to paying over $1500/month. I called them to inquire about this, and they said they'd contact me back and I have yet to hear from them.

West Pointe Apartments has been the perfect place to live over the past year! The property manager has been kind and helpful from the start, answering all of my questions, making recommendations, and assisting me with everything I need. This is my first apartment, so I needed a lot of assistance and Josh was (and is) always amazing to work with! The apartments are very nice and competitively priced, the residents are quiet and respectful, and I feel safe here. Josh in maintenance is also wonderfully attentive and quick to address the few requests we have had. He even brought us space heaters when the HVAC technician was not able to get a part until the next day, and then picked them up a few days later. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Overall, the friendly, caring, and quality atmosphere of West Pointe Apartments makes it a lovely place to live. I could not ask for a better first apartment experience and I will be staying here as long as I am living in the area.

Jay was excellent!! He was not able to get us a aprtment cause they were full so he took the time out of his day to help us find apartment at other places !!!! Thank you so much!!

Lived at West Pointe around 2017-2018 and wish I could go back! Best maintenance, office staff, grounds are well kept, outside of apartments clean and safe and quiet, pool area was awesome. The only downside to the apartment was the small kitchen and older cabinets (and lack of parking) but worth it for the quality of apartment and fair price.
