I own a house on Ballwin Avenue over 60 years in Newark in the last six months I keep getting tickets for trash and recycling which they don’t pick up all the time and if they do they leave half of the stuff behind but now all of a sudden I’m getting tickets I’m stuck in the middle of two nasty houses took pictures went to 62 Frelinghuysen Ave. it’s help I’m not understanding this is poor workmanship treating people like trash nobody have extra money to keep paying tickets when they not doing their, Then when you called there to hang the phone up on you I’ll send you to a number nobody never answer yes we need help in South Ward
