3 stars based solely on how ludicrously priced they are. For what rent is here there SHOULD ABSOLUTELY be in unit washer and dryer hook-ups. $830(update: now north of $900)for a 2br after all the fees without hook ups? 😂☠

This is the place of scammer. They have no empty room but still take deposit from tenant. Be careful with them. Scotti is a liar. You and the owner of spring valley apartment took my money . You have to pay until the last coin before you die. I hope this place will be inspect by the police.

Been here for about 2 months. Absolutely love how friendly everyone is (property manager, maintenance, other tenants). Not to mention the floors are my favorite :) all together for my first apartment, Im in love. ☺️
