I booked an appointment for September 17th to get a silk press done for my daughter. We have had her hair done here before with no issues. This time it took almost 4 hours which is twice as long as it should take. Also my daughter's hair was not straightened correctly. Within an hour of leaving the store her hair was frizzy. I spent $100 and her hair needed to be re-pressed immediately after. Complete waste of money.

Faith at the Ulta Buford location was amazing!!! She took her time to help me find the products I needed. I think she spent more than 30 mins with me to try to find me the best products! I will definitely be coming back!
