Super busy when I went, but it may be due to the sale going on there. However, I had an online order so it was quick for me.

The store is kind of thrifty looking, like used clothes and not that cheap. I would only think cheap because it's a rack store. Maybe just me but i didn't like it. Update I visited this place again and it was organized better than last time. Some employees were working the floor organization the clothes.
