Don’t go to Verizon “retailer” stores!!! Go to corporate. This guys will charge a fee for everything! Like putting in a new SIM card. Then lie to you about how you can use gift cards to buy anything from them when you actually can’t. They’ll say anything for you to process the order and then good luck. Again, avoid retailer stores. Will see if Verizon corporate can help fix the account, if not I’m going back to T-Mobile- NEVER had this type of issues with them. I’d rather have a dropped call once every month then be lied to.
