Was switching services to Verizon and wasn’t planning to upgrade so I didn’t do my research beforehand. Rep said only way to charge the iPhone 14 was with a mag charger and that our current wireless chargers would not work, said we had to buy that for all 3 phones and accessories for the promo trade in deal. Experience was like buying a car at a dealership. Never even asked what plan we wanted, put us on the most expensive plan, including Verizon’s phone protection, until I asked near the end and had him change. You figure that’s something they’d ask you to choose and make sure you’re ok with. Whatever he could get us for, he was. I just wanted to get out of there and figured I’ll look into all this later since it has been 2+ hours. Found out mag charging is not required (our wireless chargers work but fastest way to charge still is with a 20w brick and USB-C cable) so returned that and accessories including the screen protectors he never told us he included in our sale. Just didn’t have to be like that and try to mislead people.

Terrible service! Five employees in the floor when I walked in. Four were helping people one was checking in new customers. As three of the four employees finished up, they walked straight to the back room and did not come back out. This left one person on the floor for the majority of the time I was there. When I left the one employee was telling new comers there was a 45-60 minute wait. And still no sign of the other four employees. Manager should be fired and and someone that cares about customer service hires.

My phone died while I was on vacation and the amazing staff here completely took care of me. They had a replacement phone sent to my hotel in a 24 hour period and set it up for me. So grateful 🙏

This is a Corporate store there at the Mall of Ga. location. Just go there and they'll be glad to help.
They dont do in store yet up, they'll give a 1800 number to call and do it
Call and ask for the sales manager. Several sales managers as they more than likely work in shifts
