Was denied service from the urgent care for my sick child, because I had my other child with me. I had no sitter, and my son had an ear ache. His pediatrician didn’t have any appointments today so I went to the closest urgent care. I was told only the patient and I could go back. I left and I called the office manager who was condescending and told me that she “understood my frustration“ I called another urgent care in their network and was told that I’d not the policy and it is not anywhere in their website or on any signage in the lobby.

Be careful you don't fall into the "sorry we won't treat you here, go to the ER and pay 7x more" trap. Visited this location for a laceration and was refused treatment. Had no choice buy to try ER, and then received a bill for of $2,000 all in. It's a shame revenue trumps the Hippocratic oath.

Called the office, was told they treat ingrown toenails, just to go waste and hour of waiting to be dismissed and seek out a podiatrist. Was told to take antibiotics and Neosporin and have a good day. This place is a joke! Quality care is not their forte.

I have been to this urgent care on three different occasions and both the nursing staff and the doctors (2 different ones) were amazing. Fast, efficient and straight to the point/treatment. Being in the healthcare field has NEVER been easy, and nowadays even worse, so we always appreciate great service. Thank you 👍🏼
