Arrived at this urgent care with a lot of ear pain plus general discomfort at 1pm and the Dr on call decided to go to lunch first and ended up seeing me at 3pm then I send my prescription to CVS which is in front of the Hamilton Walmart mill and they sent him a fax and I personally called the customer service center because it was necessary to change one of the medications and I had to go to urgent care again. In the call center they did not transfer the call and in the urgent care they did not answer the calls
