I went there for treatment of bronchitis after a really bad experience with an urgent care center at Dacula Road and Hurricane Shoals. The PA and staff and The Little Clinic were terrific and soooo much better than the much more expensive urgent care center!

I'm giving 3 stars because the nurse practitioner that saw me was really sweet and talked to me longer than 10mins. I was misdiagnosed when I went in for a covid test. My intuition told me schedule with urgent care later that day. I was negative for flu a and b but POSITIVE for covid at urgent care. The girl that was learning did a decent job too BUT she didn't swab my nose the way she was supposed to which gave me a false negative.

Called the Dacula location several times to reach someone wanting to see what the latest time I can be seen for a walk-in sports physical. No answer from 2-6pm arrive at 6 pm. Check in wait for 40 minutes only to be told I can’t be seen because they close at 7:30pm. No indication anywhere on walk-in policy. Please update so potential patients time won’t be wasted.

First off the staff is very rude and was not helpful I took my son here for a physical for school. Then she said insurance don't pay for physical which is not true my insurance requires me to get an annual physical which the cover 100% so I ask if they don't accept insurance it ok she said no we accept all insurance I just give up.
