What I just witness is absolutely disturbing! Shame on you Chick-fil-A and your manager Jonah. They gave my food to the people in front of me by accident and then the manager Jonah told the girl upfront go get the food and it will just be bag it and give it to them (Meaning me). I’m sorry but waffle fries and a soup is not that expensive let the people keep it instead of taking them back and putting me at a health risk because of them. just because we don’t wear facemasks doesn’t me the germs are gone. These people are truly disgusting and so discouraging coming here. Oh and have I mentioned I’ve waited over 7mins after the food window.Horrible experience didn’t expect this from you.
