The Dacula location had quite a few ethnic photographers. They are very customer service orientated, so I'm sure they will accommodate your request. Only thing is: I'm not sure how you would contact the studio directly, the customer service line goes to a call center.
They have cap and gowns to match the school's. It doesn't matter which studio location you pick.
