Dr. Nancy Ashley is wonderful. We were referred to her a few years ago for acupuncture for our senior dog Cooper. Dr. Ashley is very accommodating, caring and compassionate. We were so pleased with the acupuncture service that now we see her for routine vet visits as well!

After 10 years, I am no longer patronising Hope Animal Hospital. Disabled people are not welcome because we cancel too many appointments, and we are penalised for this. In a year in which my father died, I broke my leg and went through two surgeries, at the end of a pandemic, I really need a vet with more compassion for me AND my animals.😢

We love Dr Ashley. She has seen my Maggie a few times now. She is sweet and helps us get exactly what my little girl needs while sticking to our budget. Receptionists could be kinder.

Been going here for 5+years (first 2 years were great), and within the last 3 years the service has been generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Example, last week, I called to make a follow up appointment, and the front desk said it was critical I see the doctor asap. The only appointment they offered was one time slot that I wasn’t able to make, or 8 days from when I called. I asked if there was any other available times, they said no and recommended I visit another vet. (Provided no recommendations) Which is exactly what I did, and something I should have done years ago. We went to Bond vet, they were able to see us right away and the staff and doctors were incredible, so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable! They were much better at handling my pet, and my pet was clearly a lot more comfortable with the vet staff. The staff at Hope now seems very inexperienced compared to other vets around the neighborhood. Overall, Hope is fine, but staff is isn’t very friendly/can be very rude, and there’s seems to be much better options out there.

My cat has been a patient there for more than 4 years, therefore has exams there and has not died a few months later. This is a comment instead of a question. Take care & be well
Research and contact them for the information what you're looking for.
Yes, I would say the same thing - just call them and ask. Everyone there is very nice, and if the person answering the phone does not know, she will ask one of the Doctors.
Hi, my cat is a patient there. My suggestion is to call them directly or call the ASPCA for prices.
You can try to go to ASPCA or Humane society they do fir sure
