I travel a lot with my dog and the paperwork can often be very daunting and stressful. Particularly depending on the country. Making certain that everything is done correctly and then making sure the check amount for the US Department of Agriculture is correct was always anxiety inducing. Couple that with something being incorrect and the misery of sending updated papers and hoping you get your documents back on time was enough for me to seek a different option. I've been going to University Animal Hospital for the last year to take care of this electronically. It has made the travel experience so much more pleasant. This year alone we've visited three times and they are always very thorough regarding my documents and the health of my pet. I've also always received the endorsed documents back with enough time to allow me to focus on other things and not worry.

I took my Yorkie there for 5 years. Dr Zola is very good but his ex wife, who manages the office, is abusive. One day, I was very concerned about my dog and they kept promising to call me back. When they didn't, I called them and I was angry that nobody called me. Lisa, the ex wife, didn't like my attitude regarding the lack of response and she banned me. She sent me the records 5 minutes later and left me a message that I couldn't go back after 5 years!!!!! That shows no regard to my dog who went to Dr Zola since birth. Lisa put my dog care at risk so beware of her. She ruined everything for me and my poor dog.UPDATE 9/22. MY DOG torn her knee. Some recommended surgery. I called Dr Zola to get his opinion, hoping he would be civil after the abuse from Lisa. He refused to take my call. I guess they are not in this for the animals . They must be in this only for the money. These are bad abusive people. I ended up taking my Yorkie to a hospital. By the way, they are located in a very tiny office that could be a small apartment on the main floor. Every other vet that I have gone to was in an office at least 4 times their size. I suppose they that's because they are all about money as I said. Do yourself a favor. DON'T SET FOOT IN UNIVERSITY ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Yes, there are parking garages. Finding a spot on the street would be very difficult.
They can give you a bunch of different brands to give your cat.. Go with one that they suggest
It's absolutely worth it. My wife/I drive from the Bronx to go there for our Pugs. They're on point with everything... It's not over priced
