Medicaid for people with low income and low asset. Medicare is available for people age 65 or older, younger people with disabilities and people with End Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or transplant). Seeing if you can get both or not, just check your both eligibilitis
No. It you receieve other benefits (ie. Public assistance, rent assistance), it will certainly effect that. That is because they will want to know how you can afford a home if you claim you need financial assistance. However just receiving medical assistance will have no effect.
SSD you have to go to the social security office in patchogue.

Call child support enforcement bureau. They might be able to tell you
You may be able to access your birth records from the township or city district of your birth. For example, if you were born in Orange Park, Florida in 1953. You may contact the Clay County clerk at their facility. If in Bay Shore, it is Islip administration building. If you birth was at any hospital. The local clerk registers your arrival with certification. It is unlikely the Social Service would address your inquiry. They may offer you suggestions.
Are you talking about Medicare or Medicaid? Medicare you cannot change and Medicaid you call your worker and ask her for the 1 800 number to change the carrier. Hope this helps
The exams are scheduled requiring applicants to register in advance. The labor department may be able to assist you to access information. Some public libraries might like in Islip, have up to date information about forthcoming civic exams. You may have to pay an application processing fee.
Please check with your case worker. You may have to apply for re-certification.
