Great experience and environment. Staff and vet super friendly and knowledgeable.

The doctor looks like he hates cats. He was very condescending to me and my kitten. Do not recommend. I'd rather my cat see a vet that is kind and actually enjoys his job.

COST - EXPENSIVE CARE - MEDIOCRE COMMUNICATION - EXTREMELY POOR Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any veterinarian. Expensive, lacking of compassion, and pathetic communication. They found a tumor in my cats intestines, extracted cells to determine if it was cancerous or not and explained to me that they should have the results the following day and that they would call me. IT TOOK A WEEK. When i finally got the results, the receptionist even didn't understand why the head nurse would tell me the results would be ready the following day and that those tests typically take 5 -7 days. I called everyday to get some kind of update and got a different excuse every time. "The doctor is making house calls tonight. He should be getting in touch with you" ....... No call. I was kept in extreme anxiety and suspense for a week. Once I finally got confirmation the results were in, it still took another day for the doctor to call me to explain the test results and options and that was only after i had called the front desk and told them to tell him to call me ASAP. He did so with a complete lack of compassion. And when i asked him questions regarding why certain things, he told me to hold on so he could read the report. So........ He hadn't even read up on the results. If this was a job interview, he would have failed badly. Every question I had, he couldn't give me a straight answer. Almost $3,000 later.......... I was left without a clear plan of action and I know time is of the essence. After my experience, which i truly hope is not common practice there, I had all his medical records transferred somewhere else and thankfully he is getting incredibly good care. It pains me to make a claim that a cat hospital is not about the cats, but in fact about the money/business. However, that is the only logical conclusion.

I will not be going here ever again… Overpriced for a simple exam that doesn’t really even do much. I checked for all the things the vet did & I gave myself a better idea of what to do because of google. The lights were normal lights, not even for cats. The only thing is there is only cats here so I guess my cats were less stressed. You guys never mentioned the prices of anything. Just kept adding things on with out telling me the price & I felt like I was getting fear mongered into getting another expensive exam for my cat & I paid over $1.1k for the dumbest thing & I literally felt like I got robbed. To top it off, I didn’t even feel any expertise… I found things on google the staff doesn’t even know about cats…. But what ever… you guys are running a business. Capitalism at its finest. Thanks for being a regular profit hungry business.

Dr Hanna on Grand Ave ís 60-65 $ comparatively to here. He's a very good vet, this place is under new management and not what it used to be. Hope this helps
If you mean a dental cleaning, call first. Be advised this place is not inexpensive. Get ALL charges laid out first.
