I don't really do in person shopping much anymore but when buying clothes I think it's a must. Despite the problems with help and stock shortage my JC PENNYS has a good job of being stocked and I found what I needed without too much trouble. The lady who rang me, Lucy was her name. Was helpful and polite and professional and when the sale was totalled she even found a coupon that saved me $75. Nice way to shop.

I have purchased many shirts and a few jeans from this store. It's a nice little place to do some shopping. Not sure how long it will be around with all department stores struggling these days. Outside of the Christmas season it is rarely packed, bad for business but good for customers who don't want to wait too long. They have a great selection, items are of good quality and typically last me years before showing significant wear. A bit on the expensive side but there are usually a bunch of sales going on. On the downside, if there IS a line be prepared to wait. I usually don't see many workers so it doesn't take much for things to back up. Staff are usually polite though, and don't try to push their membership on you TOO hard.

Large anchor store at the mall. Not busy and only had one checkout open on the first floor, but okay since there were virtually no shoppers. Sales pretty decent. Sephora is located right in the store.
