Huge parking area. Large px/bx mall. Many smaller vendors and shops. Many things to purchase. Very clean and well light area's. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. Great way to spend a day. And places to eat. Also within the mall there is a commissary (supermarket. )

Specifically for the Mobile Phone Center!!! I had originally gave this BX 5 stars because I never ever had a problem there until I tried to purchase a cellphone as a gift with my 27 Year on Star Card Account and my bank debit card at the retail price. I have seen and personally done it before but it seems as if the lady working the area really didn't want me to do that judging by her response that I would be paying AAFES and not the company who purchased the phone to sell in the BX which she works for. My response to the young lady was I will be paying the phone in full and my Carrier will be paid by me in 30 days which would normally be like in the range of like $1 to $30 or whatever they ask. So the young lady refused because she wouldn't profit and I reminded her that anything located inside and outside of this store takes the Star Card because the Exchange is for us not your company. If there is a Vendor located inside the BX and a Veteran, Active Duty members and their spouses cannot purchase or use the Star Card with them for whatever odd reason then they should not be in there. I also made several attempts to contact the person who is responsible for placing Vendors in the BX corridors and inside the store about this issue soon to be complaint and she has not returned my phone calls as of this review. I now know why people steer clear of using the Mobile Center to upgrade or purchase a cellphone at the full retail price..THEY CAN'T! Its because they have their own rules inside the BX...no Star Card. Please leave!!

You can't beat the prices. Always clean and friendly. Well stocked especially before a holiday weekend. All the renovations at the food court are complete. Plenty of vendors outside selling from their stalls too. Best thing is they do price match and all tax free. The food court had been remodeled and moved in the mall area. More specialized shops in the new mall area also. There is even a Tattoo shop...ya can tell the military has changed when you see a tattoo shop on base!

Do not buy appliances online and have it picked up at the store. I am so disappointed with the customer service here. Purchased a wm via online since they didn’t have any in stock at the store. It was displayed online that it would be faster to ship to store and pick up there. That was bull. Bought on 12/28/21 pickup 2/5/22. The constant changes in pick up dates and non assistance with the employees was very frustrating. Being told a certain pickup date 3x each time two three dates later and just saying this is what I see on the screen. Calling and being placed on hold for 15 mins and me having to go to the store because the customer service line keeps ringing and still no answer of when my appliance would be available for pick up. Finally was able to get it after my husband some how found a manger that was willing to help. Definitely need to get some training on customer service because it is severely lacking there.

Rings for different service branches are sold at the uniform store
Yes they do.
Yes
They have an Apple section inside, you'll need to call to find out what they have in stock.
Call the exchange directly. This is not their website.
No the furniture store was downsized to appliances in the main part of the store. But you can still buy furniture on their website at shopmyexchange.com.
No. Used to have one but not today. Ciao
Only service dogs
I have a service connected military ID card. Is that ok to get on base?
Yes

This is a pretty lengthy answer, but this site should have your answer. https://www.blogs.va.gov/VAntage/70068/dod-answers-top-10-questions-expanded-commissary-exchange-mwr-access/
No
Are you asking if civilians can come in with vets? You will need to be accompanied by a military member with a valid military ID. Any purchases on base must be made using a valid military ID. Civilians cannot buy anything on base. A military member must buy it for you.
Check online the furniture store area is going to be a new food court
Yes, but they have a limited variety. There is a Class Six at MacDill along with the Express.
If you're Navy trying to buy Type 3 NWU's then you're good but if you're trying to buy literally any other navy uniform then good luck cause they don't sell it at this store. You're best option to order them off the Navy Exchange website, they can deliver it straight to your house, hopefully you remember your size for the uniform.
Pharmacy near the exhange is closed today. The pharmacy is open week days until 5pm.
You'll have to call them. This is just general info questions, like payment methods or parking.
In the same building as the exchange passing the food court.
Yes
Call them directly. This is not their website. FYI this is a military shopping center and prices are lower than civilian stores and there is no sales tax. Another savings.
