Outstanding service from receptionist, staff and doctor. Was so very happy with professionalism, warmth, caring and expertise of entire staff that took care of me. Especially surprised and happy to find this corporation is a Christian based one not afraid to advocate those values. I will use Advent Care doctors and health care centers. Thank you.

First time here. Made an appointment online. It took them an hour to see us. Even took people that came in after us first. The whole entire staff was rude. Had no care in the world that we had been waiting so long. The place was dirty. I would never recommend this place nor come back.

Abysmal. Arrived with a 6pm appointment, no provider was available, emergency/triage situation, they are not cancelling appointments -- only a steady stream of patients being turned away with predicted 3.5 hour return time (WITH APPOINTMENT). Even understanding the concept of triage, this is unethical and wound up with my mom not being able to get health care today. After a point, pretend/fake appointments not being honored when there is no health care available is denying sick patients health care. Advent Health should be ashamed if not professionally sanctioned. AVOID. Drive to TGH or St. Joseph's or even Brandon Regional before you trust your sick self or loved one to Advent Health's reckless denial of care.

I had my appointment two days ago and didn't have to wait long and Dr. Schwaid was awesome! He knew immediately from my complaint the issue and was able to offer a solution! I have been in pain for 8 months and today I feel almost nothing! Can't believe one muscle could be responsible thank you so much Dr. Schwaid
