I just spent around 15 minutes concocting a seemingly deserved brash review on this place and posted it. The physician assistant “Doug” is the only reason I deleted it and am now adjusting my review. Wait time is ridiculous, staff are great people. Quick and informative from Doug, exactly what I was looking for.

I got with 102 fever and headaches. They test me for covid and result was negative and they can not found what was reason of the fever and headaches. They say probably ear infection and give me antibiotics for a ear infection even i dont have any ear pain. End of the story after the visit i was in hospital for one week with pneumonia.

the care that i received was excellent but, after making a 2:00 "appointment", i waited in the waiting room until 2:25, then i waited in the treatment room until 2:55; there did not seem to be many patients in the clinic, so i do not know why the waiting time was so long

I came to Urgent care by myself because I have no family in the area, just moved here, and had severe flu symptoms. The staff here made me feel so welcome and were extremely friendly, despite me feeling terrible. The nurse gave me a hug before I left and told me that I would be okay. That was really meaningful to me because I have never had a nurse do that before. Best urgent care experience I have had and that is a lot to say.
