Please save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. My symptoms were severe enough that the online process for registration prompted me to go inside immediately which i was then told the wait would be about 45 minutes to an hour. At about an hour and 15 minutes i was finally called back to have my tests done. The nurse told me the doctor would be back with my results in 15-20 minutes. Over 45 minutes later, I left my exam room to ask how much longer it would take as i’ve been at the facility for over two hours now. The doctor, Erin Linsky, was extremely rude and annoyed that I was asking. She said she hadn’t gotten my results yet and that was fine but i wanted to know how much longer it was going to be so i asked again. She then stormed off and came back and said 5 more minutes. (this later turned out to be untrue because my results paperwork has a time stamp of when the results came back and when i inquired it was 3:35pm and my paperwork says 3:14pm, but then she said it was gonna be another 5 minutes?) during this time i went back to the lobby to use the restroom which locked me out of the part of the building that my exam room was in. i was waiting in line to ask the receptionist if she could unlock it when Erin popped her head out and just stared at me. She finally addressed me and asked if i was waiting to come back in and i said yes. she then went on to inform me she’s been waiting for me in my exam room with an attitude. I informed her i didn’t know how to get back in because the doors were locked so i was waiting to ask. Under her breath she replies well you could have knocked on the door and that’s when i finally lost it. i told her she was rude as hell and she cut me off and said “oh we’re done”. she didn’t go over my results with me or give me any treatment plans. This is one of the worst medical practices i’ve ever been to and i hope this review will help someone save time and money. I will never come back here because i now have a positive flu result and a petty, rude doctor who refused to discuss it with me.

A representative by the name of Liz answer the phone and proceeded to be very unprofessional and tell me that my service could not be completed at that location. When another representative at a different location told me that it could. I went further to ask another location and they verified what I thought to be true. A escreen drug test could be completed. When I attempted to call back the representative would not even let me say a word she continuously put me on hold and never came back. I’ve utilize this location many times to take my children and had no idea that the customer service could be so poor! After I speak with corporate tomorrow I will not be going back to this location ever again. Customer service is 90% of your job when you’re answering their phone. You never know what a person is going through and how being rude and disrespectful could impact them in their every day life . This was the Bruce B down location. Never again will they get my business!

The staff was nice and professional, everything was super clean. I've always had a good experience here. I'm usually in and out within an hour or two. Efficient and effective care. All the providers I've seen here have been sweet and knowledgeable. I always come back to the same place because I know I'll get good care here.
