Awful experience at the Bedford branch, the customer service is horrendous, the teller was beyond rude. We went in on 8/27/22 to apply for a car loan and will never go back.

I believe that there are no confidential workers at SCU for my auto loan, my transaction never happen for my car when I had the money for it, I spoke on the phone and thought everything went well and nothing was applied even with the number they sent to me in the mail, I was told that I would get a transaction email and nothing, gave the correct information for both accounts and they said I'm 29 days past due, I'm just waiting until my auto loan can go back with my credit union. I can't believe what terrible service I've gotten with them just for them to fraudulently take my money and have no record of it
