First and foremost I would like to thank Yanni. After my experience of dealing with various dealerships as well as salesman Yanni by far has been the best. Most of the time when dealing with sales people they treat you as if your a bag of cash, they will do anything to get a hold of. Not Yanni he is definitely a people person that has honor, dignity and respect. Yanni was very attentive and genuine and made me feel as if my interest were important to him as it was to me. There was no beating around the bush with this guy he let me know what he can do and what he can’t do. On the flip side he also does what he says he will do. I’m really appreciative of his service and assistance in working out a great deal for me, he went above and beyond to satisfy me with the purchase I made. If you’re near Naples or even far away, the travel will be well worth it to deal with a stand up gentleman that will treat you fairly and give his best effort to make a deal that makes you feel good as a consumer. So once again thank you Yanni you are a great salesman with a god gifted talent of putting people first. If I could give zero stars I would…staff was horrible. So rude and provided zero help with my service needs. I felt extremely uncomfortable inside their establishment and went home wondering if the awful service had anything to do with my race. Not a good feeling. Would never recommend to anyone I know nor would I support this business. Arrogant and unwilling to service my vehicle. BEWARE!!

I was looking for a Used Acura MDX and saw one online at Germain Lincoln. It was a Friday evening late when I sent a message to inquire about the vehicle. First thing Saturday morning I received contact from Yanni at Germain. I drove from Bradenton to Naples Saturday morning, test drove the MDX and was very impressed with the vehicle and even more so with the excellent service Yanni provided. My wife and I came back on Monday afternoon to finished financing and title/tag paperwork. We spent less than 15 minutes in the finance office and the we were off to lunch with wifeys new MDX. Was looking to purchase a new Highlander and was unable to get anyone on the phone at Toyota. I contacted a friend at Germain Lincoln because they had the same car i was interested in, and Terry called me immediately! He offered to bring the vehicle to my work so I could look at it and when i told him it wasn’t necessary as i was sending my husband to go look at it, he offered to facetime with me so I could look at the car as well. He was in constant communication via text and pictures throughout the process. Had everything set up ahead of time to limit the amount of time spent at the dealership. Car was clean and waiting when I arrived. The Germain Lincoln dealership is a beautiful facility with the sweetest staff. Terry and Tony made this a very pleasant, seamless and easy process for us which is even more special because I was buying an off-brand vehicle.
