I had the WORST experience with this store in particular. My bracelet broke less than three weeks after I bought it and I lost all my charms. ($340 worth) I took it in with the receipt showing the one year warranty and they said “well you wore it too much “. I was blown away. I’d only been wearing it to work. (Desk job) FINALLY after getting a manager involved they replaced it. I spent another 200 replacing charms. I must mention the first experience shopping for the original bracelet was like pulling teeth. I had to beg them to bring out more trays for me to see more charms. I ended up working with two different attendants because the first one just walked away. My friend told me that Pandora had charms that will lock onto your bracelet so you don’t lose them. When I asked the manager why they wouldn’t bother to mention that to me, she said “we’ll we just don’t”. No apologies. Horrible customer service. I’ve emailed customer service weeks ago and never heard anything back. I will never shop there again and neither will my friends.

Not sure who that bobble head 16 yr old roach with broom eyelashes was who was working on 2.20.22 but you shouldn’t roll your eyes when customers walk in. You also shouldn’t have an attitude when working with them. Said she couldn’t exchange the gift I got because it had “scuffs” and said I had to go to the Pandora in mercato but I called them and they said this store should’ve been able to do it but they never do returns or exchanges and always make up excuses & that they’ve had this problem with that store for years. lol pretty sure she was only working there for the discount. Terrible customer service
