I went there on Monday June 27, 2022 with an unlocked phone to get a sim card for it , at first the young lady told me that the phone wouldn't work eventhough it's unlocked . She asked a co-worker who was there with her , he's a Chinese or Korean looking and without even looking at the phone he told her no it can't work , it was only two of us as customer in the store and I got the feeling as if they just want to get rid of me out the store because they didn't even look at the phone before saying it wouldn't work . I took my phone and went to the metro store in matapan square where the service there was customer friendly and the lady there took the time out to look at the phone , and did her job and I left that store with a sim card and the phone is working perfectly on the metro network . This is the same phone that I was hastily turned away with at the metro store in roslindale. At roslindale the customer service was poor , they were not customer friendly and didn't take the time to do their job . I wouldn't recommend this particular metro store to anyone

Ok, so I bought a new phone from Best Buy - $699, went to T-Mobile in Roslindale to activate it, the service from the salesperson was beyond superb! She went above and beyond - not only did she save me $400 (by selling the same phone for me at a cheaper price since I am an existing customer), she was on the phone with customer service for almost 1hour to rectify an issue with my account. She was beyond awesome, friendly and wanted the best for her customer. Total I paid for EVERYTHING.....$298!!!. I really appreciate all her assistance and recommend that location.

Very rude staff, poor customer service. This branch is the worst in the area and managed my ignorant, unintelligent people. DO NOT GO HERE. Amina was very helpful, the other staff members including the manager are insensitive and horrible.
