Not happy with how these guys just raised my bill and upgraded us to a plan we was not aware of and did not sign up for, and instead of fixing our bill this month they want me to pay almost $200 extra and they will credit me next month, what kind of sense does that make ? Not a happy camper. Im willing to remove this review if we can get something worked out but untill then it’s gonna stay right here.

Holden is amazing! He answered all of our questions and even helped make sure I did not lose any precious voicemails from my sweet mom who passed away. Even got me situated on certain apps that I had an issue with getting back in. Recommend him and AT&T to everyone!

I went to stores in Greensboro and received no help with my phone problems. I called AT&T with a little more help & they send me a new phone. I was headed to Kernersville, so thought I would try their store. Went 2 times to this store and could not believe the wonderful service I received. They were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone in this area go to AT&T store in Kernersville if you need help.
