Very bad customer service. Had 5 employees standing doing nothing and had an attitude when I needed help paying a bill at the bill payment kiosk when it was having technical issues.

What's the point of having a phone number if you can't talk to anyone. The menu literally has absolutely no option to talk to a representative of any kind. I just have a simple billing question that can not be answered by the automated machine.
