I am a client of this company I have 5 lines plus 1 table and I have never had bad service like Now 9/2/22 I went to buy a phone and the person who helped me hands me the phone without configuring and apart from that he charges me a tempered glass that he placed the phone without my permission when I told him clearly that I did not want any accessories for the phone and finally he did not give me my receipt and he tells me that I can no longer withdraw it was disrespectful to me

If you can, pay it online or through the mymetro app to avoid fees.
Just call up metro give them your info and they'll send you a new one. Sometimes there is a form to fill out. If you have a Samsung and activated the feature you can track it. Shut it down and protect all your info😊
I don't work at MetroPCS so I can't tell you why you haven't received a phone call back. You should call and ask why you haven't received a return call.
