I went to the Ashley store in Anderson, SC and they would not sell me the floor display. Have to wait 2 weeks for my delivery
They will give you all kinds of excuses. I ordered mine in March of 2021 and I still have yet to get the full order and here we are in October of 2021. Luckily I never got rid of my old bed.
If they don't have it in inventory they can get it.

I would read the purchase agreement you signed and see if that is stated in the agreement , if it is not and depending on the cost , have an attorney look into it for you
