How can a store refuse the return of a bedroom suite, stating "it can't be returned after it's been in your home", although the customer notified the store in less than 24 hours after delivery?! Worst customer service I've ever seen!

I would read the purchase agreement you signed and see if that is stated in the agreement , if it is not and depending on the cost , have an attorney look into it for you
