They will give you all kinds of excuses. I ordered mine in March of 2021 and I still have yet to get the full order and here we are in October of 2021. Luckily I never got rid of my old bed.
I don't shop here because of this stuff anymore. You can by Ashley's stuff from another supplier and have it in half the time. My last visit was to look at beds and the lights on the headboard was battery operated, get real batteries. Sad this place has became this.
