Man, guys at the service department are on it!!! Scheduled an appointment for some issues I’m having with my truck, one of those issues was a recall on my trucks drag link. I had called Dodges RamCare department earlier this week and explained the issues I was having with getting a alignment. She explained there was a recall on my truck and a replacement part needed to be installed. She quickly ordered the new drag link and asked where I wanted it delivered. I get to the service department today for some other issues I am having with the truck and decided to ask the guy at the desk if the part had been ordered or if he knew anything about it (mind you it’s only been a couple days since I called RamCare) and without hesitation he quickly said that the replacement drag link had been ordered and thought it was best I reschedule my appointment and get everything done at once. I agreed and rescheduled. This could’ve been a stressful situation but dodge has really stepped it up. Hopefully, it stays this way through service.
