A beautiful picnic with easy trails around in between nature. You can really hear birds here. Including all different trails paths you can easily consider walking for about 2-3 miles. Lake has lotuses blooming, which was serene!!

Questions & Answers

Clawson Smith | Sep 27, 2018
Michael Gorman | Sep 27, 2018

The opening will take place on December 2, from 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Is it ok to bring a leashed dog to the trails?

Greenwich Audubon Center | Apr 29, 2022

Hi Leah, thank you so much for your question. As much as we love dogs our sanctuary does have a no dogs policy due to its protected habitat for birds and wildlife. We do however make exceptions for certified service dogs and anyone wishing to bring one is welcome to contact us. One great nearby location to take furry friends is the Nichols Preserve which is accessed off of West Lane across the NY border. If you have any other questions you are absolutely welcome to reach out to us, thank you!
