I went there a month ago to put in an application. It took them almost 2 weeks to process the application, than after that time they denied my application and told me I had to make at least $4,000 a month which is ridiculous. The application fee was $150, they called me the next day and promised me a $50 refund. They called me l about it I didn't ask about a refund. 4 weeks later I still haven't received a refund. Just based off of how they handle there paperwork I would never move here, totally unprofessional staff and people need to know this before wasting time and coming here. The Atlanta Apartments rate is ridiculous right now and it's making it impossible for people to find affordable housing.

Terrible place to live , the property manager is very rude and unprofessional. The pool is NEVER open . My apartment was infested with roaches the WHOLE time I lived here . I threw away so many of my things and had to bomb my new house to avoid the roach infestation. Not to mention kids wrote the N word all over my building doors and nothing was ever done to solve the issue.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex these people here are backwards and unprofessional especially the skinny white girl named Michelle she don’t get nothing done that you let her know about she asked me to email her important information pertaining to someone that doesn’t live out there that was causing a problem and I do that don’t get no response for her no help and the lady that’s the manager over here Janet is very ignorant acting so I wouldn’t recommend this place but maybe you all will have a better experience than I did. They don’t follow protocol over here as well. Their trash is always overfilled so unprofessional you’d think they get that under control

*HIGH -ALERT *The Apts are VERY outdated, roach infested, no pressure washing the blogs. You are allowed to have dog's , but no dog park. NO PLAYGROUND for the community that's filled with children, they have to play in the parking lot, with cars speeding through. The pool has only opened for 2 months for the past 7 yrs , before C-19 actually appeared. No security on premises, cars & tags are stolen off of cars, vans are broken into , workers equipment is stolen. This community changes Mgmt every 90 day's, The leasing office is the best looking thing on the property, I will be moving out of here in June. It's NOT WORTH THE $ no more !!
