Zero stars. We had our Border Collie, a legitimate ESA in a harness that clearly started that he's service animal on the leash with us and were asked to leave by an employee because " we have our own dogs on premises". My parents just moved from Manhattan to Greenwich and were looking for a landscaping company - they are obviously going to take their business somewhere else. What kind of business tells people to leave because their own dogs are hanging out on the property during business hours?
