This was by far the most disappointing HYATT stay I ever had. The customer service was disappointing. The floor I stayed on stunk so badly of wet carpet and sour shoes that the smell siped through your room door causing your room to smell foul. The pull out sofa was lumpy and a disappointment. The bathroom was dripping yellow drops from the ceiling after my shower, telling me that the previous person smoked in the room. The mini fridge was broken. The shower head was dirty. The room was poorly designed with no hooks to hang anything up. I will most definitely not stay at the HYATT again and maybe give the HILTON a shot next time. DISAPPOINTING!

My daughter and I spent this past weekend here and it was decent. Yes, decent amount of parking, rooms are really nice, & staff is ok. A few issues, call in a noise complaint and Nothing…teenagers were running up and down the halls, screaming, banging on doors, and they did nothing. Other than that, it was a decent weekend.

10/10 rating. We stayed just one night and had no complaints about a single thing. Staff was amazing and helpful the entire time. Room met/exceeded our expectations. Pool was great, at just the right temperature. Breakfast was excellent (for being complimentary breakfast). Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to the area. And we look forward to a return trip.

During my stay I was bitten by a bed bug. I was actually still awake & felt something odd on my arm. The bug was found alive. Upon future examination of the room, another bed bug was found in the carpet. We immediately contacted the staff! The staff switched us to another room on the same floor. They assured us the room was clean & clear of bugs. Upon arrival to the "new" room, there were clumps of hair behind the bed, scraps of metal on the floor, and crumbs in between the sheets. When speaking with a manager the next working, she asked me "what I wanted out of the situation!". I stayed at the Hyatt believing it was a clean & healthy environment and I determined that to be invalid. For those like me that tear a room apart before getting comfortable, check even closer, not just the mattress, but the pillows, walls, corners, carpet, shower curtains, etc.
