Yes, you need identification. (Birth Certificate, social security card helpful....) But regardless they'll direct you on where to go if you don't have any of that!

Girl .. don't. This place is for mentally ill women. They mix up working women with crazy, ssi having women. This is the worst place on earth. Save yourself. Go to the HELP USA NEAR AUDOBON in harlem. They are more mature and gave common sense. They really wanna help
