I understand that having an extremely busy day may be stressful. But that does not justify the way that the employee talked to me in the drive-thu. Did not get her name, but was an African-American lady with a short hair cut. Assuming that she was a manager since she was the only one with a striped shirt on. She was yelling through the mic for no reason at all. When I asked her what was wrong, she yelled at me ain’t nothing wrong what do you want!! Like really? And when I got to the window she snatched my credit card from me and shoved the drink in my hand. Then tells another employee, that’s him there and walks away so that I cannot see her. Unacceptable and I will definitely never do business with this location again.

My kids and I we’re leaving KI and GM manager who ever worked 6-18-2021 had a horrible attitude and she’s extremely rude! I ordered a frosty she said the machine is down. I ordered a baconator she said we’re out of cheese. I said ok well can I get some chicken nuggets made fresh to order and she said ugh as if didn’t want to do it then she lied about being the only one there! If this is who your gonna allow to represent your company I’ll never eat here again!! It is totally unacceptable!!

I asked for a frosty chino at 7 pm. Their response? “Oh, it’s too late to be having coffee right now. We will not serve that to you.” This wasn’t a joke, they were serious. What is holding you back from making me a coffee at 7 pm? Laziness, pure and simple. There was no one else in line, so it’s not like they were rushed. They just didn’t want to do the job they are being paid to do. They were also apparently out of vanilla soft serve. It should be illegal for Wendy’s to be out of vanilla soft serve. I will never go to this place again.

We got served quickly and efficiently. And the free Frosty Jr (for a year, after donating $2 to the Dave Thomas adoption Fund) really hit the spot.
