Horrible customer service. I get that they close at 11:00 pm but when you have cars wrapped around that sat there for over 30 minutes. And you just shut the drive through speaker off ignoring your customers. When I pulled around to the window I asked for the manager who was “Michelle” I asked why she didn’t send anyone out to say “hey we’re closing and behind we can’t take anymore orders before more people got in line”. She said “I don’t have anyone to go outside” while their were plenty of employees walking around starting out the window. Poor customer service, I’ve worked food service and never once did I turn anyone away that was already in line before closing time. Shame on you “Michelle”!!

The poor management that allowed people to wait 45 minutes in a drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous on Thursday 6.16.22. I understand that an amusement park just closed but they should be prepared for the late rush during the summer as it this busy every day when Kings Island is open. With all the being said overall the food is pretty good and the young kids working there are pretty enthusiastic and do a pretty good job.

Waited an hour only for them to say closed for food. If you are going to close and have people who have waited an hour then make food and have some stand outside refusing an more people from entering the drive thru lane.
