Have always had a great experience at this little office. The ladies are pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate having an office only 10 minutes from home.

This place is a waste of space. For a federal facility, they are not thinking about people who work. They close at 3 and are only open two days a week. I just moved to Ti and need to register my plates but they are NEVER open. The ONLY WEEK I had off (winter break for teachers) the office is CLOSED. If you want people to move here, you need to have these facilities available for EVERYONE. People who work cannot access this DMV and the ONE WEEK workers can they're closed. Wow. Now I have to drive an hour and 1/2 from Ti to get this done... 👍🏻

Apparently, the NY DMV has become the new USPS, lazy, slow, and inflexible. They've become too reliant on having those 15 min appointment blocks to do 5 mins worth of work. Even now that the appointments aren't required, they still don't want to help you unless you have an appointment. Arrived 10 mins before their closing time (their hours are an absolute joke for anyone that works a normal dayshift by the way) to do a simple renewal and was turned away when I said I didn't have an appointment. I took an hour off from work to drive 40 mins there just to be turned away with a "well we're open tomorrow". Yeah, thanks for nothing. A couple of years ago they were begging people to renew their registrations locally to keep some of the money within the county. I guess that was then, this is now. If you don't make an appointment for 3 weeks from now, they don't want to help you. Guess I'll renew by mail from now on.
