Despite being very busy, they got us up to the counter in a timely manner after a 40 minute wait. But the lady with reddish hair who has bangs and glasses told us we didn't have enough points of proof for the name for an ID, (we were not told when we picked up the forms that we needed those items from the man at the help desk), and she rushed us over to the help desk (not to another employee), gave us a form to show what we needed, and refused to answer our questions about the points of proof by saying, "I don't know what who didn't tell you but I have to help other people" in a very snappy manner and rushed off. So we were left with unanswered questions, and nothing to show for the 40 minute wait. Not very great customer service on her part. We also noticed with other customers she was very very slow with helping people, and had the same people at her desk for 20+ minutes. She needs to work on her customer service attitude and her productivity.

No, during the pandemic shut down you could slide it under the door with the $1 surrender fee. They are not accepting that anymore
By will send DMV here your paperwork to register the car and DMV will let you know when to go in . you can keep your p lmao a yes to transfer to new car

You would go to Setmore.com which Is the Website that DMV uses to make and/or Cancel appts. Then at the top right you will see Login. Then you can cancel your appt. It's the same page as to where you should have made the appt.
It will show you when the next available date is. I just made an appt with the Plattsburgh DMV the other day and they are scheduling out to April 28th right now so you are probably going to have to look in the month of May for the next available.. Just went and looked the next avaliable appt is for May 4 or 5th

You would need a birth certificate and a social security card to bring with you to the department of motor vehicles to apply for a regular passport in order to fly in 2023

You can either wait in line in the lobby and wait for the lady to get the people who are scheduled. Ask her to schedule you. Or you can go online. For me, I went down and did it in person. It was quicker than doing it online. Good luck!
You can get the paperwork from dmv and than drop it all of with a blank check. They will send you your new plates in the mail

You do need an appointment. As far as converting to a regular license I believe you need to fill out the paper work again to convert back.

Yes you can keep the title in your name and still register and insure it in someone else's name. The normal registration form has that question on it, but you will have to be present when he is registering the vehicle.
