Save yourself a lot of time and drive to the Burlington Verizon store. The staff in Plattsburgh were unavailing. You would think they would be more upbeat and helpful considering that we brought TWO new phones from them. Instead they were apathetic, lazy and very slow. They didn’t offer any help or advice on setting up a new phone or try to troubleshoot the old phones.

When uou go there they will sign you in. Give them a number of someone with you. Then they let you know when its your turn to go in

Well are you paying off your phone in installments as well as paying the monthly service fee. I always buy the phone outright..lg sum upfront ..my daugjters iphone 8 plus was close to 1000$ but I dont want a huge monthly bill..my other daughter is having birthday in august and we will do the same. Mine is android but I always buy through verizon. Out payments per month ..are less than $50 each Is there a chance you could just pay the phone off..as you are now giving away extra money in interest also..So I would think just paying once vs 204 every month for 3 years..no question in my mind.
