Hi Laurie, it really depends on the individual patient. Your practitioner would need to perform a thorough medical and dental history, an oral examination, and a radiographic examination. Once a diagnosis is determined, they can provide you with an estimate based on your individual needs and expectations. There are many types of implants just like different makes and models of cars. Practitioners vary on which system(s) they prefer. As with cars, some cost more than others.
