I called to make my mom a medical appointment. On the day of the appointment, we come and neither one of the receptionists even said hi or anything. When I inquired about some forms that needed to be filled out, they told me to wait for the “expert”. I asked her if my mom was going to see the doctor and they told me that the appointment was to fill out paperwork. As I am reading the forms, I noticed that some document were required. At no point, was I told that we needed to bring additional paperwork, or that my mom was not going to see a doctor that-being the reason for my call. Your customer service and appointment setting needs to improve a lot! This is more than ridiculous. I only gave it two starts because the lady that saw us for the paperwork was cery friendly and hepful.

Kintegra health has been a god send for me! I couldn't ask for a better doctor, Dr Shana James Nzambi she is one of the best I ever had && I have had alot of doctors! I have had alot of health scares/issues && Dr Shana Nzambi had been there for me through the rough times && explained everything to me that needed to be explained && she talked to me && helped me tremendously! && Her staff is also amazing && very helpful && believe me I have been through alot,!
