They never answer the phone! And when they do, the attitude is you’re bothering them. I asked for a simple physical record for my son to play sports. Was told it would take up to 2 weeks for them to Provide this and don’t ask for it sooner. After two weeks and 3 days had past, I never got a call saying it’s ready. I called them and was informed, they forget to send the request to the Dr. Inexcusable!😠

Let me just start by saying I have no idea what went wrong here. I scheduled an appointment online for 4 with the PA more than 24 hours in advance and the day of, they called me at 7:30 in the morning to tell me I’m not allowed to see the PA ( meanwhile I’ve seen him 3 times already and he’s an awesome guy) but she said so very rudely that the doctor is booked through September. I have no idea why they were so rude to me but I will not be going back I am just so shocked.

I don’t care for my provider. She doesn’t seem too connected or concerned with my health concerns. I will be looking for a new physician. The front desk seems to be a bit lazy and never took any co-pay for my visits and I was charged back pay with a large bill in one lump sum.
