I’ve worked at Primrose almost 4 years. This has been the best daycare I have worked at. Admin and staff are amazing. Highly recommend this daycare.

We love it at Primrose! We recently enrolled our 3rd child into the toddler class and have been in many of the classrooms. The teachers make us feel so comfortable in each room. I really really appreciate how available Trudy and the staff are. I am always greeted by the same few people, not the case in other daycares. Trudy answers the phone personally 95% of the time and responds almost immediately to any emails, even off hours!! She truly cares about the children and so do the teachers. They have a once a month time to talk to the teachers (Covid rules) and it is wonderful. All 3 kids come home smiling every day and are excited to return the next day. It’s great having food and snacks, great facility, splash pad, and constant communication through the app. We are really happy at Primrose - if you are considering enrolling I would highly recommend!

I started working at Primrose in August of 2021. When I first started, it was great. I really enjoyed it in the beginning. Unfortunately not even a month later it all went down hill. The director Trudy, talks to staff however she pleases. Within the time I have been there, there has been so many people that have started and quit just because of the disrespect. Plus their is favoritism to certain staff in certain classrooms, which in unfair to the other staff. Communication with the parents is horrible. Teachers get to sometimes talk to the parents once a month through a window, but half the time that gets canceled. When the parents ask a question or send a message, they don’t even get a response half the time because the director will not answer them. It is a shame because Primrose schools can offer a lot, but this facility is ran by very rude, disrespectful people. Honestly all of the other reviews speak for themselves. The amount of disrespect I had to deal with working there is just unacceptable.

Always seems untrustworthy when all the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star, doesn't it? Almost seems like some 5 star reviews have been purposefully added to help make them look better. Just a guess. Anyway, our experience was truly horrible. Like all of the other real reviews, they only care about MONEY. The director is void of human empathy and the owner just wants the cash. I assure you, this place is NOT what is best for your kid, even though they lead you to think that the high cost of tuition, high registration fees, uniforms and strict rules are somehow the best education in the area. If the kids could actually go to school for more than 4 days without closures or being sent home with fake hand foot and mouth so many times your doctor tells you to just call the note in going forward, maybe it would be. After 5 separate 10 day closures within a few months for both of my kids, I realized how little they cared about keeping kids in school. When I called around to other schools to see if they were having the same problem, it wasn't nearly as bad. Obviously we're living in a covid world, but after finding out that parents don't get reduced tuition for constant closures AND they don't pay the staff during that time either, my instincts about this place were true. Treat your staff better you GREEDY GREEDY people. If you are working parents - RUN. Run away from this place. You don't have enough vacation days or sanity for this horrible place. **PS the staff they treat so poorly are the only PRO of this place. Teachers were kind (from what I could tell the one time a month you're allowed to talk to them through a window)
