Disappointing… We just ate at chilis to celebrate my husbands birthday. The hostess that they had on duty was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She did not acknowledge us except to ask how many. She had such an attitude, it wasn’t hard to see she hates her job. The other couples she sat around us said the same thing. The salad I ordered had a lot of bad lettuce in it, it was gross. The kitchen should never have served it. I hate bag lettuce it always have a chemical taste. Our server Adam was friendly and efficient. I know it’s hard to get good help these days but restaurants must be desperate to hire that hostess. Overall experience was mediocre at best. You need to better Chili’s.

Yes. I am severe celiac. I eat there all the time. Don't so the tortilla chip appetizer because they are fried in oil with battered things. You can get fajitas with soft corn tortilla, just tell them not yo fold them when they bring them out. They have GF wing appetizers. Some of their baby back ribs are GF. Their steals are GF. They understand if you tell them you need GF.
They open up at 11 am so basically u can get lunch anytime til closing i believe so. I only go in the afternoon when my favorite bartender is working.
No waiting inside, tables spaced every other one. Minimal bar seating. Mask at all times unless seated and eating.
