This place has amazing staff! My mom is in the vent unit and although aesthetically the place needs some work, the staff makes up for that! They are so caring and kind, and go out of their way to make sure she is taken care of. From experience, this place is a gem.

Nurse case manager Priscilla refused my father medical attention. I have called multiple times and no one answers, goes right back to the recording. Totally unacceptable.

Good luck. This place is horrible, and poorly ran. I wouldn't entrust them to care for my dog let alone a family member. Best advice I can give is contact the state as well as their accrediting agency if you can't reach a supervisor. That will get their attention.
